In-person training is a great option for experienced lifters and beginners alike.

Available privately, or in-person hybrid through Dedicated Strength.
Virtual training is an option for students who want to do a hybrid of in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are a great option for students who may not live close enough to make regular in-person sessions, those unable to access gym memberships, and/or those with health-related contraindications for attending public gyms.
Written Programming
Written workouts for students to complete on their own.
Each workout is written according to the student’s individual goals and needs.
